Fencing Club at the National Sports Academy "Vasil Levski"

The Fencing Club at the National Sports Academy “Vasil Levski” was founded in 1992 and officially registered as a sports club in 1994 as a public-benefit organization. It is an integral part of the academy’s structure and operates within the Department of "Weightlifting, Boxing, Fencing and Sport for All".

The foundations of fencing education at the academy were established by instructors Anto Mladenov, Yordan Zlatkov, Nikolay Genov, and Krasimir Petkov, who created a methodological school that combines sports practice, scientific research, and the professional training of future coaches.
