These General Terms and Conditions regulate the rules for using the website fencing.bg (hereinafter “the Website”), as well as the use of all sports, training, educational and related services provided by the Fencing Sports Club at the NSA, with registered office and address: Sofia, Studentski Grad district, at the Sports Facilities Complex of NSA “Vasil Levski” (hereinafter “the Club”).
1.2. By accessing the Website and/or using any service provided by the Club, the user/participant confirms that they are familiar with these General Terms and Conditions and fully accept them.
1.3. If the user does not accept the General Terms and Conditions, they are required to discontinue the use of the Website and refrain from participating in the Club’s activities.
1.4. The General Terms and Conditions have the force of a contract between the Club and the user/participant.

2. Scope of the General Terms and Conditions
2.1. These General Terms and Conditions apply to:
- the use of the Website fencing.bg;
- registration for and participation in trainings, courses, group and individual sessions;
- participation in competitions, tournaments, camps, seminars and demonstrations;
- travel to and from sports events;
- the use of sports infrastructure, equipment, halls and gear provided by the Club;
- online materials, programs and video content published on the Website.
2.2. Acceptance of the General Terms and Conditions through the Website automatically constitutes acceptance of the conditions for using the services and participating in the Club’s activities.

3. Subject of the Services
3.1. The Club provides fencing training, sports preparation, individual lessons, competitive training, participation in tournaments and educational programs.
3.2. The website fencing.bg provides information about schedules, registrations, news, documents, events and sports materials.
3.3. The Club may modify services, schedules and conditions at its own discretion.

4. Users
4.1. Any natural or legal person may be a user.
4.2. Participants in the trainings may be children and adults, after submitting a request/registration.
4.3. Upon registration, the user is required to provide accurate and up-to-date information.

5. Rights and Obligations of Participants and Users
5.1. The participant undertakes to:
- follow the instructions of the coaches and safety rules;
- use protective equipment appropriately and as intended;
- attend in good health condition;
- not endanger other participants;
- observe discipline in the hall and follow the Club’s rules.
5.2. The participant is responsible for their own behavior during trainings, competitions, travel and other events.

6. Intellectual Property
6.1. All materials on fencing.bg are protected by copyright.
6.2. Copying or distribution is prohibited without explicit written consent.

7. Orders, Payments and Membership Fees (if applicable)
7.1. Training fees and service charges are published on the Website or at the Club.
7.2. Payments are made according to the methods described on fencing.bg.
7.3. Missed trainings are not subject to refunds unless otherwise indicated by the Club.

8. Liability
8.1. General Provisions
8.1.1. The Club is not responsible for technical difficulties, information errors or interruptions of the Website.
8.1.2. The Club does not guarantee specific sports results.

8.2. Release of Liability in Case of Accident
The coaches, instructors, employees and owners of the Fencing Sports Club at the NSA are not liable for any bodily injuries, incidents, accidents, property damage or other adverse consequences occurring during:
- trainings (individual or group);
- competitions, camps, demonstrations and sports events;
- travel to/from events;
- independent trainings based on materials from fencing.bg.
The participant understands and accepts that fencing is a contact sport with inherent risks and participates voluntarily and at their own responsibility.
The Club takes all reasonable measures for safety but cannot guarantee the prevention of all incidents arising from the nature of the sport.

Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy of fencing.bg.

The Club may update the General Terms and Conditions. The changes take effect upon their publication on fencing.bg.

11. Applicable Law
The legislation of the Republic of Bulgaria applies. Disputes shall be resolved by the competent court.
